Dover sole paupiettes stuffed with bay shrimp and Gouda with a sun-dried tomato pesto with a lemon and olive oil orzo with grilled zucchini

In your blender put all of your pesto ingredients listed above and blend well except for the olive oil. Once all your ingredients are mixed well you will want to add the olive oil a couple tablespoons at a time until you get the consistency you are looking for. I like mine to be like the consistency used in pesto pasta.
